Feasterville-Trevose was once a single place in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. It was known as a census-designated place (CDP). This means it was an area identified by the U.S. Census Bureau for collecting population data.

In 2000, about 6,525 people lived there. The area had its own special ZIP code, 19053. Later, for the 2010 census, Feasterville-Trevose was divided. It became two separate CDPs: Feasterville and Trevose.

The original Feasterville-Trevose CDP covered part of Lower Southampton Township. However, some nearby areas were also often thought of as part of Feasterville. The community of Trevose also stretched into Bensalem Township.

About Feasterville-Trevose

Today, Feasterville-Trevose is no longer a single community. It is now two distinct towns: Feasterville and Trevose. These two towns happen to share the same ZIP code.

The area that was once the CDP covers about 1.3 square miles (3.4 square kilometers). All of this area is land.

People Living in the Area

In 2000, there were 6,525 people living in the Feasterville-Trevose CDP. These people lived in 2,578 households. About 1,776 of these were families.

The population density was about 4,909 people per square mile. Most of the people were White (94.39%). There were also African American (2.13%) and Asian (1.99%) residents. A small number of people were Native American or Pacific Islander. About 2.28% of the population was Hispanic or Latino.

The area has a notable population of people from Eastern Europe. Many are of Russian, Ukrainian, and Polish backgrounds.

  • Ken Reynolds is a former professional baseball player. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB).
  • Anthony Fedorov was a contestant on American Idol in 2005. He made it to the final four. He grew up here after moving from the Soviet Union in 1994.

Sports in the Community

The Southampton Cyclones are a professional roller hockey team. They have been based at the Feasterville Sportsplex since 2006. Before that, the team was known as the Feasterville Fury.

The 2003 National Collegiate Roller Hockey Association National Championship was held at the Feasterville Sportsplex. College roller hockey teams from all over the country competed. They played for championships in different divisions.

Also, the Eastern Collegiate Roller Hockey Association (ECRHA) Regional Championships took place in Feasterville. This happened every year from 2003 to 2007.

Feasterville-Trevose has a Humid subtropical climate. This means it has hot, humid summers and mild winters. All months have an average temperature above 32°F (0°C).
