Sharing Her Knowledge

In 2011, Félienne gave a TEDx talk in Delft. She has also given many talks at big conferences. These talks are about her research.

Félienne has created several online courses. These are called Massive open online courses (MOOCs). You can find them on edX. Some of her courses teach teachers and children how to program. They use a language called Scratch. She also wrote an e-book. It teaches children how to create their own games.

In 2017, she started a program. It gives programming lessons to elementary students in Rotterdam. In 2020, Félienne launched a new programming language. It is called Hedy. Hedy helps children learn to use the Python programming language.

She also wrote a book called The Programmer's Brain. This book explains how our brains work when we are programming.

Awards and Special Recognitions

Félienne's online course about data analysis won an award. It received the Wharton-QS gold education award. This was for the best education project in Europe.
