The Fonfon Glacier is a large river of ice located in Antarctica. It is about 4 kilometers (2.5 miles) long and 2.3 kilometers (1.4 miles) wide. This glacier is found on the eastern side of the central Sentinel Range, which is part of the Ellsworth Mountains.

The Fonfon Glacier flows towards the northeast. It collects ice from the slopes of Long Gables Peak and Mount Anderson. Eventually, it joins the upper part of the Ellen Glacier, near Eyer Peak.
