Fort Fairfield is a small community in Aroostook County, Maine, in the United States. It is part of the larger town of Fort Fairfield. In 2020, about 1,666 people lived here. The whole town of Fort Fairfield had a population of 3,496 in 2010.

The community is named after John Fairfield. He was an important leader who served as the 13th and 16th governor of Maine.
