Fosse Farmhouse became very popular with visitors from Japan after a couple stayed there in 1989. The owner, Caron Cooper, even traveled to Japan. While there, she hosted a traditional afternoon tea party with delicious scones at the British Embassy in Tokyo.

Royal Guests at the Farmhouse

Among the special guests at Caron Cooper's tea party were Prince Mikasa of Japan and his family. They enjoyed the tea so much that they later came to stay at Fosse Farmhouse for three days!

Featured in a Japanese Anime Show

In 2012, Fosse Farmhouse gained even more fame. It was used as a real-life setting for a popular Japanese comic and TV animation series called Kin-iro Mosaic. Since then, many fans of the Kin-iro Mosaic show have traveled all the way to England to stay at the farmhouse and see the place from their favorite series.
