Freeman White II, born on December 17, 1943, was an American professional football player. He played for four seasons with the New York Giants in the National Football League (NFL). He was chosen by the Giants in the 1966 NFL draft. Before turning pro, he played college football for the Nebraska Cornhuskers. In 1965, he was recognized as an All-American, which means he was considered one of the best college players in the country. White also played for the Ottawa Rough Riders in the Canadian Football League (CFL).

White played for the Giants for four seasons, from 1966 to 1969.
