Gamber is a small place in Carroll County, Maryland, in the United States. It's called an unincorporated community. This means it's a neighborhood or area that doesn't have its own local government, like a city or town. Instead, it's part of the larger county. Gamber is located where two main roads, Maryland Route 32 and Maryland Route 91, meet. It's also close to the border between Carroll County and Baltimore County. You can find Gamber about four miles northwest of the Liberty Reservoir and six miles southeast of Westminster.
Transportation
Getting around from Gamber usually involves cars, as there isn't a local bus service. The Owings Mills station for the Baltimore Metro SubwayLink is about a 15-minute drive away in Owings Mills. From there, you can take the subway right into downtown Baltimore. However, there isn't a bus connection between Gamber (or nearby Eldersburg) and Randallstown in Baltimore County. This is because local officials and people living in Carroll County have generally not wanted public transportation to connect their county with other counties.
