Geography of Ginger Blue
Ginger Blue is located in the southwestern part of McDonald County. It sits along Missouri Route 59, a main road. This road goes north for about 2 miles (3.2 km) to a town called Lanagan. It also goes south for about 4 miles (6.4 km) to Noel.
Rivers and Waterways
The village is found on the northwest side of a bend in the Elk River. The Elk River curves through the southern part of Ginger Blue. All the water from the village eventually flows into the Neosho River. The Neosho River is a branch of the larger Arkansas River.
