Goran Bogdan, born on October 2, 1980, is a talented actor from Croatia. He has been in over 40 movies and TV shows since 2005. One of his films, The Man Who Could Not Remain Silent (2024), was even nominated for an Academy Award.
Goran has also acted in American and English productions. These include the 2012 movie Goltzius and the Pelican Company and the third season of the TV series Fargo. In 2015, he was a main actor in the TV series The Last Panthers, working alongside famous actors like Samantha Morton and John Hurt.

Goran Bogdan's Early Life and Acting Journey
Goran Bogdan was born on October 2, 1980, in a place called Lištica, which is now known as Široki Brijeg. This town is in Herzegovina, and his parents were Croats from that area.
He first studied at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Zagreb. After that, he started his acting career at The Zagreb Youth Theater. Later, he went to the Academy of Dramatic Arts and finished his studies there in 2012.
Awards and Recognition for His Acting
In 2013, Goran was named the best theater actor of the year by the Teatar.hr Awards. He also won the 2017 Vladimir Nazor Award for his excellent acting in the film Agape.
His role in the 2020 movie Father was highly praised. He made history by becoming the first Croatian actor to be nominated for Best Actor at the European Film Awards.
Today, Goran Bogdan lives in Zagreb, which is the capital city of Croatia.
