Grampian is a small town, called a borough, located in Clearfield County, Pennsylvania, United States. In 2020, about 361 people lived there.
The town got its name from the Grampian Mountains in Scotland. This was the original home of one of the first people to settle in the area.

U.S. Route 219 goes right through Grampian.
