High Wycombe is a suburb in Perth, Western Australia. It's part of the City of Kalamunda. This area is located east of the main Perth city center, right at the base of the Darling Scarp, which people often call the "foothills."
High Wycombe became an official suburb on June 2, 1978. Its name comes from a town in England called High Wycombe, where one of the people who helped create the suburb was born.
The suburb is next to Perth Airport on its west side. It's also surrounded by other suburbs like Maida Vale to the east, Forrestfield to the south, and Hazelmere to the north.
High Wycombe covers a large area. Most of its people live along roads connected to Newburn Road. The suburb is bordered by Kalamunda Road in the north, Dundas Road in the west, Maida Vale Road in the south, and Roe Highway in the east. A newer area called Jacaranda Springs is also growing on the northern side of Kalamunda Road.
