Highland was a community in Benton County, Washington, United States. It was once known as a "census-designated place" (CDP). This means it was an area identified by the government for gathering statistics, but it wasn't an officially incorporated town or city.
In 2000, about 3,388 people lived in Highland. However, by the 2010 census, Highland was no longer listed as a CDP. Part of its northern area, from S Olympia Street to Elliot Lake, has since become part of the nearby city of Kennewick.
