Geography of Hollister
Hollister is found on the east side of Salmon Falls Creek. This creek is a natural feature nearby.
The city covers a total area of about 1.07 square miles (2.77 km2). This entire area is land, meaning there are no large lakes or rivers within the city limits.
Climate and Weather
Hollister has a type of weather called a cold semi-arid climate. This means it's usually dry, but it can get quite cold, especially in winter. It's often sunny, but not as hot as a desert.
