Holly Hobbie and Friends: Surprise Party is a fun animated TV special. It came out in 2006. This special was the first time the famous Holly Hobbie doll appeared in a movie. This animated special was made by Paramount Pictures. It first aired on February 10, 2006. You could watch it on Nickelodeon's Nick Jr. block. Later, it was released on DVD on March 7, 2006. This special was so popular that it had five follow-up movies! The next one was Holly Hobbie and Friends: Christmas Wishes, which came out in November of the same year. The series of specials continued until 2010.
