Houston Edward Summers IV (born October 26, 1983) is an American former R&B singer. He is best known by his stage name, Houston. His most famous song is "I Like That" from 2004. This song featured other artists like Chingy and Nate Dogg.
Houston's music career was short. After his debut album, he faced some personal challenges. Because of these challenges, his contract with Capitol Records ended in 2005.

Early Life and Music Start
Houston Summers grew up in Los Angeles, California. He went to the Academy of Music at Hamilton High School. He often took part in music activities there.
His team made a video of his performances. They hoped this video would help him get a record deal. Soon after, he signed with Capitol Records.

Houston's first song was "I Like That". It came out on March 13, 2004. The song was a big success. It reached number three on the US Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. It also hit number 11 on the Billboard Hot 100 and the UK Singles Chart.
