Hunters Hollow is found in the northern part of Bullitt County. The city of Hillview is located to its north, east, and south. To the west, you'll find the community of Brooks.
The city is not very big. It covers an area of about 0.1 square miles (0.26 square kilometers), and all of it is land. Downtown Louisville is about 15 miles (24 km) north of Hunters Hollow.
