Iddris Sandu (born May 7, 1997) is a super smart American inventor and tech expert. He's a programmer, engineer, and a digital architect. Iddris is also the boss (CEO) of a company called Spatial Labs Inc. This company creates cool new technology that mixes physical things with digital ideas.

Iddris Sandu's Early Life and Learning
Iddris Sandu was born in Accra, Ghana. He moved to the United States with his family when he was just three years old. Iddris grew up in California, first in Compton and later in Harbor City.
He started learning computer programming when he was only ten years old. By the age of 13, Google offered him an internship. There, he helped work on Google+ and other social media designs.
In high school, Iddris created an amazing app for his school. This app used augmented reality to help students find their way around campus. It gave them turn-by-turn directions. Iddris also spoke up for more STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) classes in high school.
Iddris Sandu's Career in Tech
Iddris Sandu has worked as a technology design expert and engineer. He has helped many big companies like Boeing, Twitter, Lockheed Martin, and Uber. For Uber, he created a special software called Autonomous Collision Detection Interface. This program can sense a driver's hand movements and position.
He has also created digital content for many famous artists. These include Beyoncé, Kanye West, Travis Scott, Rihanna, Jay Z, and Jaden Smith. In 2017, he teamed up with Nipsey Hussle to open the Marathon clothing store in Los Angeles.
In 2021, Sandu started his own company called Spatial Labs. It's a technology company based in Los Angeles. In October 2021, a company founded by Jay-Z, Marcy Venture Partnership (MVP), invested in Spatial Labs.
In 2022, Spatial Labs launched something called Gen One Hardwear. This is a collection of clothes with a special computer chip inside. They also launched LNQ Marketplace. This is an online store where people can buy and sell physical items using blockchain technology.
Awards and Recognition
Iddris Sandu has received several important awards for his work. In 2022, he was named one of the Ebony Power 100. This list celebrates influential Black Americans.
In 2019, he won the Young African Committed to Excellence (YACE) Rising Star award. He also received the Technology Award at the Culture Creators Innovators & Leaders Awards. Iddris Sandu has even received a special Certificate of Commendation from former President Barack Obama.
