Iron Springs is a small community called a hamlet in southern Alberta, Canada. It's part of Lethbridge County. You can find it on Highway 25, about 28 kilometers (17 miles) northeast of Lethbridge.
This community started in 1925 when the railroad came through. It got its name from a special spring nearby, which was called Iron Springs.
