Isaac Yiadom, born on February 20, 1996, is an American professional football player. He plays as a cornerback for the New Orleans Saints in the National Football League (NFL). Isaac went to Doherty Memorial High School in Worcester, Massachusetts, and then played college football for the Boston College Eagles.

College Football Career
After finishing high school, Isaac Yiadom decided to play for Boston College. He had also received offers from other colleges. After his senior year at Boston College, Isaac was invited to the 2018 Senior Bowl. This is a special game where top college players get to show off their skills before the NFL Draft. Two of his teammates from Boston College were also invited.
Professional Football Career
Getting Ready for the NFL Draft
Isaac Yiadom was invited to play in the 2018 Senior Bowl in December 2017. Before this game, many experts did not know much about him. However, he really impressed scouts during the Senior Bowl practices. This helped him a lot for the upcoming NFL Draft.
In January 2018, Isaac played in the Senior Bowl game. He was part of the South team. He also went to the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis. At the Combine, players do different drills to show their athletic abilities. Isaac performed well in most of the drills.
In March 2018, Isaac also took part in Boston College's "pro day." This is another chance for players to show their skills to NFL teams. After all these events, experts thought Isaac would be picked in the third or fourth round of the NFL Draft.

Playing for the Denver Broncos
The Denver Broncos picked Isaac Yiadom in the third round of the 2018 NFL draft. He was the 99th player chosen overall. He was also the 11th cornerback picked in that draft year. In May 2018, Isaac signed a four-year contract with the Broncos.
Playing for the New York Giants
On September 3, 2020, Isaac was traded to the New York Giants. The Giants sent a draft pick to the Broncos in return. Isaac played for the Giants for one season. During that season, he started in 10 games.
Playing for the Green Bay Packers
Isaac Yiadom was traded again on August 17, 2021. This time, he went to the Green Bay Packers. The Packers traded another cornerback, Josh Jackson, to get him. Isaac started a game for the Packers in Week 6. This happened because other starting cornerbacks were injured.
During that game, he had a penalty early on. After that, another player, Rasul Douglas, took over his starting spot. Isaac then played mostly as a backup and on special teams. He was placed on the COVID-19 list in November 2021 but was activated later that month. In January 2022, he was released by the Packers.
Playing for the Houston Texans
On March 24, 2022, Isaac Yiadom signed with the Houston Texans. He was released by the team in August 2022. He was later waived again in November 2022.
First Time with the New Orleans Saints
On November 17, 2022, Isaac was signed to the practice squad of the New Orleans Saints. A practice squad is where players can train with the team. He was then moved to the main team roster in December. Isaac re-signed with the Saints in March 2023.
Playing for the San Francisco 49ers
On March 18, 2024, Isaac Yiadom signed a one-year contract with the San Francisco 49ers. He played in all 17 games for the 49ers in 2024. He started in 5 of those games. During his time with the 49ers, he made 1 interception, defended 6 passes, forced 2 fumbles, recovered 2 fumbles, and had 46 tackles.
Second Time with the New Orleans Saints
On March 13, 2025, Isaac Yiadom signed a new three-year contract with the New Orleans Saints. The contract was worth $9 million.
