Johnny Le'Mon Thomas (born December 15, 1971) is a former American football player. He played as a wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL). Thomas spent four seasons with the St. Louis Rams. He was chosen by the Rams in the 1995 NFL draft. Before playing professionally, he played college football at San Bernardino Valley College and Arizona State University.

Growing Up in California
Johnny Le'Mon Thomas was born on December 15, 1971. His hometown is San Bernardino, California. He went to San Bernardino High School in San Bernardino.
Playing in College
Thomas started his college football journey at San Bernardino Valley College. He played there during the 1991 and 1992 seasons. Later, he moved to Arizona State University. In 1993, he played for the Arizona State Sun Devils. That year, he caught 34 passes for 574 yards. He also scored three touchdowns. He also ran the ball six times for 105 yards and one touchdown.
Professional Football Career
Joining the St. Louis Rams
The St. Louis Rams picked Johnny Thomas in the 1995 NFL draft. He was the 240th player chosen overall. This happened in the seventh round of the draft. He officially joined the team on June 16, 1995.
Playing for the Rams
During his first year in 1995, Thomas played in 15 games for the Rams. He started one of those games. He caught five passes for 42 yards. He also returned 32 kicks for a total of 752 yards.
In 1996, he played in all 16 games, starting one. He had seven catches for 46 yards. He also returned 30 kicks for 643 yards. In 1997, Thomas played in only four games. He had two catches for 25 yards and five kick returns for 97 yards.
After the 1997 season, he became a free agent. But he signed again with the Rams on February 13, 1998. In his last season with the Rams in 1998, he played in all 16 games. He caught 20 passes for 287 yards. He also returned four kicks for 79 yards. After the 1998 season, he became a free agent again.

Thomas signed with the Atlanta Falcons on August 10, 1999. However, he was released by the team on August 30, 1999.
He then signed with the Denver Broncos on May 8, 2000. He was released by the Broncos in June 2000.
