Jamie Blair Glover (born 10 July 1969) is an English actor. He is well-known for playing Andrew Treneman in the TV show Waterloo Road. He first appeared in the show in 2006 and returned in 2023.
Jamie also played Harry Potter in the West End play Harry Potter and the Cursed Child starting in 2017. He has been in other plays like Noises Off. He also appeared in the Doctor Who TV movie An Adventure in Space and Time in 2013.

Jamie Glover was born on July 10, 1969, in Barnes, London. His parents are famous actors Julian Glover and Isla Blair. Growing up, he went to Frensham Heights School in Farnham, Surrey. Later, he studied acting at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
Jamie has two daughters named Edie and Ava with his partner, actress Sasha Behar. They live in Brixton, South London. While at drama school, Jamie shared a flat with another actor, Philip Glenister.
Acting Career
Jamie Glover has had a long career in television, theatre, film, and voice acting.
Television Roles
Jamie's first acting job was in the TV soap opera Jupiter Moon. He has appeared in many other TV shows. These include Birds of a Feather, Casualty, New Tricks, and Midsomer Murders.
He played Andrew Treneman, a deputy head teacher, in the first two series of the BBC school drama Waterloo Road. He came back to the show briefly in 2009 and then again in 2023. In 2024, Jamie also joined the cast of Casualty as Patrick Onley.
Theatre and Film Roles
Jamie first acted on stage when he was only eight years old. He played a character called young Marcius in a play called Coriolanus. Even though he had other chances to act as a child, his parents wanted him to decide about his career when he was older.
He has performed in many theatre productions. Some of these include Henry V, The Glass Menagerie, and The Cherry Orchard. He also acted alongside the famous actress Judi Dench in All's Well That Ends Well. In 2017, he joined the cast of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child in London, playing the main role of Harry Potter.
Jamie has also appeared in films such as These Foolish Things and The Reef.
Voice Acting
Jamie Glover also uses his voice for different projects. He has narrated documentaries, recorded commercials, and read audiobooks. He has also lent his voice to computer games.
A cool fact is that he joined the Star Wars universe as a voice actor. He played General Maximilian Veers in Star Wars: Battlefront II. His own father, Julian Glover, played the same character in the movie The Empire Strikes Back. Jamie even voiced his father's character using old recordings in the game! He also voiced Darth Malgus in Star Wars: The Old Republic.
Jamie also enjoys working in radio drama. He says it allows him to work on great stories with talented people in less time, which helps him fit in other projects.
