Jamie Grace (born November 25, 1991) is an American singer, rapper, and songwriter. She makes Christian music. Jamie Grace is from Atlanta, Georgia. In 2010, the famous musician TobyMac discovered her songs on YouTube. He signed her to his music label, Gotee Records. Her song "Hold Me" came out in 2011. Jamie Grace's Early Life and Music
Jamie Grace Harper was born on November 25, 1991. Her parents are Bishop James Harper and Pastor Mona Harper. She is their youngest daughter. Jamie Grace grew up singing and playing instruments. She often sang at church and at home with her older sister, Morgan. Both sisters were taught at home.
On July 16, 2006, Jamie Grace started a YouTube channel. She began sharing videos of her songs online. Over time, her videos became popular. Other musicians like Audio Adrenaline's Mark Stuart and David Mullen noticed her. This led to her getting singing and acting roles. She even joined the television show iShine Knect and its tour. In 2010, TobyMac found her and signed her to his record label, Gotee Records.
Jamie Grace's Music Releases
Jamie Grace's first collection of songs, called an EP, was Hold Me. It was released by Gotee Records on February 22, 2011. The main song from the EP, also called "Hold Me," quickly became very popular on Christian radio. Her first full album, One Song at a Time, came out on September 20, 2011. Later that year, on November 29, 2011, she released another EP called Christmas Together.
Jamie Grace also performed and spoke on the Revolve Tour. This tour was organized by Women of Faith. She shared the stage with other artists like Britt Nicole, Group 1 Crew, and Hawk Nelson. On May 4, 2011, her first single, "Hold Me," reached the number one spot on Christian Hit Radio.
Her second album, Ready to Fly, was released on January 28, 2014. It was produced by Christopher Stevens and David Garcia. The first song from this album was "Beautiful Day." Another song, "Fighter," was released next. It's an inspiring song about people who face challenges but keep going. Jamie Grace also joined the Winter Jam Tour in 2015.
In August 2016, Jamie Grace and her sister Morgan Harper Nichols announced something new. Jamie Grace was leaving Gotee Records to make music independently. On her 25th birthday, November 25, 2016, she released "Party Like a Princess." This song was a preview for her third album. In February 2017, she shared that the album would be delayed. This was so she could focus on her mother's health. On April 21, she released the first song from the new album, The Happy Song.
On July 11, Jamie Grace announced on YouTube that her new album would be called 91. It was released on September 1, 2017. Ten days later, on July 21, she shared another song, Daughter of a King, on YouTube. After the album came out, she started a new project called 91 Anthems. This YouTube project features 91 original songs and covers. These songs are inspired by stories sent in by her fans. She has continued to release new music, including the single "Wait it Out."

On January 25, 2018, Jamie Grace announced her engagement to Aaron Collins. They got married on April 14, 2018. The couple welcomed their first child, a daughter named Isabella Brave Harper, on June 7, 2019.
