Jennifer Lynn Conlee-Drizos (born December 12, 1971) is an American musician. She is best known for playing many instruments for the indie rock band The Decemberists. Jenny plays the accordion, piano, organ, and other keyboards. She also plays the melodica and sometimes sings backup.

In 2011, Jenny faced a serious health challenge. Her bandmate, Colin Meloy, shared that she was expected to make a full recovery. She did miss some concerts during that time. By October 2011, Colin Meloy announced that Jenny's health had improved greatly.
