Jessica Lowndes (born November 8, 1988) is a Canadian actress, singer, and songwriter. She was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Jessica started acting when she was young. She appeared in many TV shows and movies. Her most famous role was as teen Adrianna Tate-Duncan on The CW TV series 90210. Her character was only supposed to be in 3 episodes. But she became a regular on 90210 for five seasons.
Besides acting, Jessica Lowndes also produces movies. She has been an executive producer for eight projects. She even wrote the scripts and music for two of them. She also starred in these projects.
Jessica is also a talented musician. She has released over 30 of her own songs. Her song Silicone in Stereo reached #11 on the Billboard charts. This happened in both the U.S. and Canada.
Lowndes acted with Will Ferrell and Kristen Wiig in the Lifetime movie A Deadly Adoption (2015). She was also the main female star in the action film The Prince (2014). In this movie, she acted alongside Bruce Willis and John Cusack. In recent years, she has starred in over 15 projects. These were for channels like Lifetime, Hallmark Channel, GAF, and Tubi. Early Life
Jessica Lowndes was born in Vancouver, British Columbia. She went to Pacific Academy in Surrey.
From a young age, Jessica loved singing and acting. She also started making her own music early on. Before her last year of high school, Jessica worked on a project for Showtime. Her parents encouraged her to move to Los Angeles when she was 16. That's when she began her career.

Acting Roles
Jessica Lowndes started acting in 2005. Her first role was in the TV movie Saving Milly when she was 16. She played Andrea Kondracke. After that, she had a guest role in Masters of Horror. She then played Becky in the sitcom Alice, I Think. She also appeared in an episode of Kyle XY. In 2005, she had a supporting role in the Lifetime movie To Have and to Hold. In 2007, she was in a TV pilot called Pretty/Handsome, but it wasn't made into a series.
In 2008, Lowndes appeared in Autopsy and The Haunting of Molly Hartley. She also had a recurring role as Mandi in the TV show Greek. She then got a recurring role as Adrianna Tate-Duncan in 90210. This show was a spin-off of the older teen drama Beverly Hills, 90210. In November 2008, her role became a main character on the show.
Lowndes starred in the Canadian horror film Altitude in 2010. In April 2012, she was in The Devil's Carnival. This was a short musical film shown during a tour.
In 2014, Lowndes starred in Lionsgate's action film The Prince. She acted alongside Bruce Willis and John Cusack.
In 2015, Lowndes starred in Lifetime's thriller-comedy A Deadly Adoption. She was in it with Will Ferrell and Kristen Wiig.

Singing Career
Jessica Lowndes first showed her singing skills on 90210. In the pilot episode, she sang "Mama Who Bore Me" from a school musical. In another 90210 episode, "What's Past is Prologue," she sang "Jolene" for a rock band audition. She sang other songs as the lead female singer for a band on 90210.
Lowndes also performed One More Time with Diego Boneta in a 90210 episode. During season 4 of 90210, her song "Fool" was played. Her character sang it in the episode "Benefit of the Doubt." In the episode "Bride And Prejudice," her song "Teardrops Fall" was featured. "I Don't Want You Anymore" was heard in the episode "Tis Pity." In season 5, her song "Snake Charmer" was in the episode "Into The Wild." She sang it in "99 Problems." In the second-to-last episode, her character sang "The Last Time."
In March 2009, she released the song Fly Away on Myspace. She wrote, sang, and played lead guitar on the track. On September 19, 2009, Lowndes sang God Bless America at a Dodgers game. This was at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, California.
She was featured on British rapper Ironik's song "Falling In Love." This song came out on October 24, 2010. She also shared on OK! TV that she was finishing her first music collection (EP) in the United Kingdom.
Lowndes later worked with music producers James Rendon and Kayden Boche. They recorded a version of French American Idol finalist Jérémy Amelin's song "Undone." It was released online on May 6, 2011, and worldwide on May 23, 2011.
On October 11, 2011, CBS Records released her first song "Fool" on iTunes. Soon after, Lowndes released her next song "I Wish I Was Gay." Its music video, directed by Frank E. Flowers, came out on November 11, 2011. On January 25, 2012, Lowndes released her first EP. It included "I Wish I Was Gay" and "Nothing Like This," plus two new songs, "Stamp of Love" and "Go Back."
The Devil's Carnival soundtrack also has a song called In All My Dreams I Drown. Lowndes performed this song, and it was released on April 3, 2012.
On May 14, 2012, her song The Other Girl was first heard on Complex.com. The song was released on iTunes on May 16, 2012. On February 6, 2013, Lowndes announced her second EP. It was called TBT (Throwback Thursday) and she wrote it herself. It was released on March 14, 2013. She released one song from it every Thursday for four weeks. On February 7, 2013, Aperture Entertainment released Fly Away as the main song from her EP.
On September 9, 2014, Lowndes released her song Silicone in Stereo. The music video came out on September 6, 2014, on YouTube and Vevo. The song reached number 35 on Billboard Canada's Top 50. It also reached number 65 on the US Top 100.
Lowndes was named one of the World's Most Beautiful People in 2009 by People magazine. Her co-stars from 90210 were also on the list.
