Joseph Graham, born on June 11, 1982, is an American who used to play professional basketball. He played for six seasons in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Joey Graham holds a special record for the bench press at the NBA draft combine.

College Basketball Journey
Joey Graham played college basketball for two different universities. From 2000 to 2002, he played for the University of Central Florida. Then, from 2003 to 2005, he played for Oklahoma State University.
During his four years in college, he scored an average of 13.0 points per game. He also grabbed 5.2 rebounds per game. In his junior year, he helped his Oklahoma State team reach the Final Four in the NCAA tournament.
Professional Basketball Career
Playing for the Toronto Raptors (2005–2009)
The Toronto Raptors picked Joey Graham as the 16th player overall in the 2005 NBA draft. In his first two seasons with the Raptors, he averaged 6.5 points and 3.1 rebounds per game. He was also very good at free throws, making 82.6% of them.
He scored a career-high 19 points five different times. On March 30, 2007, he grabbed a personal best of 12 rebounds against the Washington Wizards.
During the 2007–08 season, Joey Graham missed many games in November. He played in only 38 games that season, which was the fewest in his career. However, in the 2008–09 season, he had his best averages. He scored 7.7 points and grabbed 3.7 rebounds per game.
On February 1, 2009, he tied his personal best with 12 rebounds against the Orlando Magic. Just three days later, he scored a career-high 24 points against the Los Angeles Lakers. Six days after that, he again tied his career high by scoring 24 points against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Time with the Denver Nuggets and Cleveland Cavaliers (2009–2011)
On September 26, 2009, Joey Graham joined the Denver Nuggets. He then signed with the Cleveland Cavaliers on July 30, 2010. Before the 2011–12 season began, the Cavaliers decided to let him go on December 9, 2011.
Playing in the D-League and Puerto Rico (2012–2013)
After his time in the NBA, Joey Graham continued his career. On March 19, 2012, the Erie BayHawks in the NBA Development League (now called the G League) added him to their team.
Later that year, on May 4, 2012, Graham signed with Mets de Guaynabo. This team plays in the Baloncesto Superior Nacional league in Puerto Rico.
In February 2013, Graham joined another Puerto Rican team, Capitanes de Arecibo. He left that team on April 15, 2013. Just two days later, he returned to play for Mets de Guaynabo for a second time.

Family Life
Joey Graham has a twin brother named Stephen. Stephen also played in the NBA, just like Joey. Their father, Joe Graham, used to be an airman in the Navy.
