Johnny Rep's Football Journey
Johnny Rep was a right-footed striker, meaning he was great at scoring goals with his right foot. He played for the Dutch national team in two FIFA World Cup tournaments: in 1974 in West Germany and in 1978 in Argentina.
Amazing Goals and Teamwork
One of his most famous moments was scoring the winning goal for Ajax Amsterdam against Juventus in the 1973 European Cup Final. This big game took place in Belgrade. He also helped another team, SC Bastia, reach the finals of the UEFA Cup in 1978.
