Juntura is a small community in Malheur County, Oregon, United States. It is located along U.S. Route 20. The name juntura comes from Spanish and means "juncture" or "meeting point." This name was chosen because the community is close to where the Malheur River and the North Fork Malheur River meet.

A local settler named B. L. Milligan likely picked the name. He arrived in the area in the 1880s. Juntura's post office opened in 1890 and is still working today. After World War II, the community's growth slowed down. On November 2, 1976, the people of Juntura voted to stop being an official town. Juntura is now part of the wider Ontario micropolitan area.
