Keith Lorenzo Goganious (born December 7, 1968) is an American former football player and coach. He played as a linebacker in the National Football League (NFL) for five seasons. He played for the Buffalo Bills, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Baltimore Ravens. After his playing days, he became a football coach.

Playing Professional Football
College Football Career
Keith Goganious played college football at Penn State. He was a talented player there. In 1991, he was recognized as a Second-team All-East player. This means he was one of the best players in his conference.
Joining the NFL
In 1992, Keith Goganious was chosen in the third round of the 1992 NFL Draft. The Buffalo Bills picked him as the 83rd player overall. This was a big step for him to play in the NFL.
