Kenyatta Lapoleon Jones (January 18, 1979 – June 9, 2018) was an American football player. He played as an offensive tackle. He was chosen by the New England Patriots in the fourth round of the 2001 NFL Draft.

Kenyatta played college football at South Florida. He was also a member of the Washington Redskins and Tampa Bay Storm.

Early Life and College

Kenyatta Jones was born in Gainesville, Florida. He went to Gainesville Eastside High School. After high school, he played college football for the South Florida Bulls.

Professional Football Career

Kenyatta Jones began his professional career in 2001. He was drafted by the New England Patriots. He played for the Patriots for a few seasons.

New England Patriots

Jones played for the Patriots from 2001 to 2003. In the 2002 season, he started 11 games. He was part of the team that won Super Bowl XXXVI. This was a big achievement for him and the team.
