Kevin Christopher Foster (born January 13, 1969 – died October 11, 2008) was an American professional baseball pitcher. He played in 100 games in Major League Baseball (MLB). He played for the Philadelphia Phillies, Chicago Cubs, and Texas Rangers. His career in MLB lasted from 1993 to 2001. Kevin threw and batted with his right hand. He was 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighed 160 pounds.

Kevin Foster was born in Evanston, Illinois. He went to Evanston Township High School. After high school, he attended Kishwaukee College. In 1987, the Montreal Expos chose him in the baseball draft. This was his first step toward becoming a professional player.

Kevin made his big league debut with the Philadelphia Phillies. This happened in September 1993. He played two games that season. The next spring, he was traded to the Chicago Cubs. This is where he played most of his MLB games.
