Khairpur is a village in the Punjab Province of Pakistan. Its old name was Khardehr. It is also a union council, which is a local administrative area. Khairpur is part of the Chakwal District and the Kalar Kahar Tehsil. A big company called DG Khan Cement has a factory here. In 2007, this factory made over 2 million metric tonnes of clinker, which is a key material for making cement.
