Klintehamn has an important harbor on Gotland's west coast. From here, things like timber and farm products are sent to mainland Sweden. The harbor also has a special area called a marina where small boats can dock.
During the summer, you can catch a ferry from Klintehamn's harbor every day. These ferries take visitors to the beautiful island of Stora Karlsö. It's a great way to explore nearby places!
Old Railway Lines
A long time ago, in 1897, a railway track was built in Klintehamn. This railway helped transport sugar beets from Klintehamn to a sugar factory in Romakloster. It was an important way to move goods back then.
