Martin (born December 23, 1965) and Christopher "Chris" Kratt (born July 19, 1969) are American zoologists and TV hosts. They are famous for creating and starring in popular nature shows for kids. These shows include Kratts' Creatures, Zoboomafoo, Be the Creature, and Wild Kratts. The brothers love animals and teach viewers all about them.

Growing Up and Learning
Martin and Chris Kratt were born in New Jersey. Their dad, William Kratt, made musical instruments. The brothers grew up in Warren Township, New Jersey.
They both went to Watchung Hills Regional High School. In 2013, they were honored and added to their school's hall of fame. Martin studied zoology at Duke University. Chris studied biology at Carleton College. Both brothers have a strong background in science and animals.
Their Amazing Career
After college, Martin and Chris started working with animals. Martin helped with a howler monkey project in Costa Rica. He also worked with animals in Madagascar and the Amazon rainforest. Chris worked with a group called Conservation International. He also studied how different living things interact with their environment.

The Kratt brothers are best known for their exciting TV shows. These shows teach kids about animals and nature.
- Kratts' Creatures: This was one of their first shows. It showed them exploring different habitats and meeting animals.
- Zoboomafoo: This show aired from 1999 to 2001. Chris and Martin went on adventures with a playful lemur named Zoboomafoo. They learned about many different animals together.
