Kristin Elizabeth Cavallari (born January 5, 1987) is an American television personality, fashion designer, and author. She became well-known in 2004. This was when she appeared on the MTV reality show Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County. She later starred in the spin-off show The Hills. Kristin also had her own E! reality series called Very Cavallari. Besides reality TV, she has acted in TV shows and movies. In 2017, Cavallari started her own company, Uncommon James. It sells jewelry, home items, and beauty products.

Kristin Cavallari's Early Life
Kristin Elizabeth Cavallari was born in Denver, Colorado. Her parents were Judith Eifrig and Dennis Cavallari. She was their second child. Her older brother, Michael Cavallari, sadly died in 2015. This happened after a car crash. Kristin's family background includes Italian heritage from her father's side. She also has German heritage from her mother's side.
After her parents divorced, Kristin moved with her mother. They went from Denver to Barrington, Illinois. This is a suburb near Chicago. She lived there until her first year of high school. Then, she moved to Laguna Beach, California. She went to live with her father and brother. Kristin finished high school at Laguna Beach High School in 2005.
She then briefly went to Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. However, she left college to focus on her acting career.

Reality Television Shows
Kristin Cavallari was in her junior year of high school. This was when the first season of Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County started filming. At that time, she had an on-and-off relationship. It was with high school senior Stephen Colletti. Kristin's relationship with Stephen caused some drama. This was with another cast member, Lauren Conrad. The show often featured this rivalry.
After Laguna Beach, Kristin moved to Los Angeles. She joined the UPN reality show Get This Party Started. It first aired in February 2006. However, it was canceled after only two episodes.
In 2009, Kristin joined the cast of Laguna Beach's spin-off series, The Hills. Her first appearance was during the fifth season's mid-season finale. This was at Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt's wedding. She even caught the bouquet there. For the rest of that season, Kristin became a main cast member. She also took over as the narrator. She had signed a deal to appear in two more seasons. However, the show's sixth and final season ended in July 2010.
Kristin later appeared as a guest on different reality competition shows. She was also a contestant on the 13th season of ABC's Dancing with the Stars. Personal Life
In 2013, Kristin Cavallari married Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler. They have three children together. In 2017, after Jay retired from football, they moved to Nashville. They divorced in 2022. They share custody of their children.
