Kushla Peak facts for kids
Kushla Peak is a tall mountain peak located in Antarctica. It stands at about 2,300 meters (that's over 7,500 feet!) high. This impressive peak is part of the Veregava Ridge in the central Sentinel Range, which is a big mountain chain within the Ellsworth Mountains. Kushla Peak overlooks two glaciers: Berisad Glacier to its north and Hansen Glacier to its southeast.
The peak was named after a settlement called Kushla in Southern Bulgaria.
