La Garde is a city located in the south of France. It is an important city in the Var department, found in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. La Garde is also the main town, or capital, of the canton of La Garde.

La Garde is situated in a beautiful part of southern France, specifically to the east of the larger city of Toulon.
