Pinkpop Festival
Every year, a huge pop music festival called Pinkpop takes place in Schaesberg, which is part of Landgraaf. It happens on the weekend of Pentecost, which is a special holiday. Many famous bands and artists play at Pinkpop, and people come from all over to enjoy the music.
Snow World
Landgraaf is home to the biggest indoor ski slope in Europe! It's called Snow World. This means you can go skiing or snowboarding any time of the year, even when there's no snow outside. It's a great place for winter sports fans.

- Johan Kremers (born 1933 in Nieuwenhagen) was an important leader for the Limburg province for many years.
