Leonard Elroy Frig, born on October 30, 1950, is a former Canadian professional ice hockey player. He was a defenceman, which means he played a key role in protecting his team's goal. Len Frig played 311 games in the famous National Hockey League (NHL).
He played for several NHL teams. These included the Chicago Black Hawks, Oakland Seals, Cleveland Barons, and St. Louis Blues. His NHL career lasted from 1973 to 1980.
