Leudal (which is called Leudaal in the local Limburgish language) is a municipality in the Netherlands. It's located in the province of Limburg, which is in the southern part of the country.

Leudal was formed on January 1, 2007. This happened when four smaller municipalities – Heythuysen, Haelen, Hunsel, and Roggel en Neer – joined together to create one larger area. A municipality is like a local government area, responsible for services and rules in its region.
