Libby is a small place in Oregon, United States. It's not a city or town with its own government. Instead, it's called an unincorporated community. This means it's a group of homes and businesses that are part of a larger county, in this case, Coos County.
Libby was once known by a different name, Easport. The name "Libby" was given in honor of a Native American woman.
Discovering Libby, Oregon
