Dojo Alone: Master Yo goes on vacation, leaving Yin and Yang unsupervised. They think it will be great, until Carl and Herman try to destroy the Dojo.

Fit to be Tried: Carl decides to frame Yin and Yang for misusing their Woo Foo powers. Yin and Yang are put on trial, and the jury is full of evil beings.

"Sitting Shaggler"

Voyage to the Center of the Yo: The Safety Deposit Box Dimension opens every 100 years. Yo needs the Toilet Brush of Illumination to fight the Night Master. The Night Master shrinks Yuck and puts him inside Yo's body to steal the brush. Yin and Yang must shrink themselves and enter Yo's body to stop Yuck. Antagonist: Yuck

Sitting Shaggler: Yin and Yang start a babysitting service to earn money for a new security system. Kraggler tricks them into babysitting his nephew, Shaggler. Kraggler turns himself into a baby, allowing Shaggler to get Master Yo's weapon, the Adult Diaper of Doom.

"The Truth Hurts"

Shadows and Light: Herman's Ant Brotherhood shaves Master Yo's fur to steal the Geo-Demosoic Device. Yin, Yang, and Yo fight, but Herman takes the device. Antagonist: Herman and his ants

The Truth Hurts: Yin and Lina want to be friends with a popular girl, Miranda. Miranda, who is actually Saranoia in disguise, doesn't like Lina. Yin has to lie to Yang to be popular. The Lie Fairy appears, and Yang must keep her busy. Yang discovers Miranda is Saranoia and tries to stop her.

25 25 "Who Knows What Evil Lurks?" April 9, 2007 (2007-04-09)

Who Knows What Evil Lurks?: The Night Master wants Coop to spy on Yin and Yang. When he hears Yang's thoughts, he gets angry and attacks Yang through the phone. Yin and Yang realize there's a spy. They use a time-travel device to find the spy, but it breaks, separating them in time.

Deja Foo: Ultimoose is tired of being treated badly by other villains. He plans to find the old Night Master's Amnesulet to gain all his powers. Yang wakes up to a bad day. Four floating spirit heads tell Yang to find the Amnesulet before Ultimoose. Yang ignores them, and Ultimoose gets the powers. Yang finds a reset button on the Amnesulet, pushing it to restart the day. Knowing what will happen, Yang uses this to his advantage.

"Party Favors"

The Pecking Order: Yin and Yang are ready for vacation. Coop tries to warn them about the Night Master's escaping energy, but they don't listen until it's too late. Antagonist: Night Master's Energy Form

Party Favors: Coop's mom throws a "welcome back" party for him, but Yin and Yang are not invited. Meanwhile, three villains try to get into the Night Master's fortress. They need the spare key, which the Night Master gave to Coop!

"Yin-credible!"

Smoke and Mirrors: A new girl, Smoke, comes to town and claims to be Yang's girlfriend. She likes everything Yang likes. But she captures him to be her champion in a fighting tournament. Smoke's brother, Mirrors, picks Yin as his champion, forcing Yin and Yang to fight each other. Antagonist: Smoke and Mirrors

Yin-credible: Carl captures the town's President. Yin and Yang work together to stop Carl, but Yin takes all the credit. Yang feels hurt. Carl decides to fight back, using earphones to block insults. Yin must decide if she will save the day alone or apologize to Yang.

"The Big Payback"

Brain Drain: Master Yo wants Yang to use his brain in fights, but Yang isn't interested. An old skull villain, Mastermind, tricks Yang into giving up his brain. Mastermind takes over Yang's body to achieve world domination. Yang must find a way to use only his brain to get his body back. Antagonist: Mastermind

The Big Payback: Master Yo faces a villain he can't beat: Badfoot, a purple horse who steals Master Yo's Woo Foo once a year. If Yo doesn't fight, Badfoot threatens innocent people. Yin and Yang are determined to help Yo find Badfoot's weakness.

A Bad Case of the Buglies: Yin calls Carl "bugly" (bug + ugly). Carl buys a potion from Saranoia and tricks Yin and Yang into drinking it. Now they both look "bugly." Yang doesn't care, but Yin is very upset. Antagonist: Carl and Ice Monster

Control Issues: Master Yo wants Yang to learn self-control. He sends Yang to Ultimoose, who claims to have changed. Yang is forced to fight a giant monster to learn control. Meanwhile, Yin notices her friends are acting strange and stealing things. Ultimoose is using a magic hat to mind-control Yang and his friends.

"Turn About"

Foreign Exchange Problem: Yin and Yang get a lesson in culture when Jobeaux, a foreign exchange student from Redneckistan, arrives. The Chung Pow Kitties return, looking for a powerful Woo Foo artifact. Yin and Yang suspect Jobeaux is more than he seems. Antagonist: Chung Pow Kitties

Turnabout: Master Yo is tired of Yin and Yang disrespecting him. They are tired of him treating them like babies. Young Kraggler swaps ages with Yo. Yin and Yang must babysit a three-year-old Yo, who shows how powerful and bratty he was as a child.

34 8 "The Manotaur" February 25, 2008 (2008-02-25)
"League of Evil"

The Manotaur: A half-human, half-bull monster called The Manotaur captures two-ni-corns to shave them for a wig. His plan also involves stealing ideas from Yang's favorite comic book villain. Yin and Yang use this knowledge to fight him. Antagonist: Manotaur

League of Evil: Yin and Yang want their own headquarters. Carl is tired of living with his mom. Yin and Yang get a small outhouse. Carl tries to find an apartment, but three other villains want the same place. Carl suggests they share and form a League of Evil. Yin and Yang must defeat Carl, Smoke, Mr. Pondscum, and a new villain, The Puffin.

"Stuck"

This Yang Isn't Brought To You By...: Yang wants a new Y Cube 9000 gaming system. A mysterious sponsor, Shillshore, sees him fight and wants him to promote GreedCo toys. Yang agrees, unaware the toys are dangerous for children. Yin tries to make Yang see sense before anyone gets hurt. Antagonist: Shillshore and the GreedCo President

Stuck: Yin, Yang, Lina, and Roger Jr. are bored. A mail carrier (Smoke in disguise) gives them a coupon for a free island vacation. They suspect a trap but go anyway. On the island, it is a trap, and everyone but Dave is captured by Smoke. Dave must find a way to defeat Smoke and her hench-creatures.

36 10 "Gone-A-Fowl" April 7, 2008 (2008-04-07)

Back when Yang was still mean, he promised Coop that Yin would go on a date with him. When Coop comes for the date, Yin says she won't go unless Coop acts evil again. Master Yo finds Coop's aura is split, and the bad part needs to be removed with magic items. Yo goes to get them, telling Yin to go on the date to keep Coop from turning evil. Yang joins to annoy Yin, making her and Coop angry, which turns Coop evil. His evil spreads to Yin. Yang tries to stop Yin and Coop from reaching the Night Master's lair until Master Yo returns. Yang battles three evil versions of Yin.

37 11 "Basic Yin-stinct" April 14, 2008 (2008-04-14)
"Fighting Fooberty"

Basic Yin-stinct: Yin's Woo Foo instincts are always right; Yang's decisions are always wrong. Carl hexes Yin by tricking her into eating Watermelon Seeds of Doubt. Yin can't make decisions, giving Carl a chance to succeed. Antagonist: Carl

Fighting Fooberty: Yin and Yang's Woo Foo powers act up, and their bodies change. Yo realizes he needs to talk to them. Pondscüm is also changing; he's a pollywog, not a goldfish. When others don't want to hang out with him, he tries to steal money for a "trans-species plastic surgery."

"Smorks"

Yin Yang Carl: Carl finds out Yin and Yang forgot Master Yo's birthday. He tricks them into giving Yo a dangerous gift: a candle that switches brains when blown out. Master Yo ends up in Carl's body, and Carl in Yo's. Carl plans to order the Woo Foo Warriors to their doom. Antagonist: Carl and Herman

Smorks: Master Yo goes to a parenting meeting, leaving Yin and Yang alone. He warns Yin not to get pets. But Yin takes in seemingly harmless green creatures called Smorks, protecting them from Yang. Yang thinks the Smorks have a dark secret.

39 13 "Wonder Tweens Go!" April 28, 2008 (2008-04-28)
"Touchy Feelings"

Wonder Tweens Go!: Yin, Yang, Lina, and Melodia love "Super Tweenage Team Teens Go." Their love for the show interferes with their duties, bringing back The Lesson! He shows them why they should be real-life heroes. The Lesson uses Zarnot in his plan, causing unexpected trouble. Antagonist: Zarnot and The Lesson.

Touchy Feelings: Fred is unsure if he should be good or bad. He zaps Yang and Master Yo at the mall. Master Yo's body starts falling apart, and Yang loses his emotions. Yin thinks an emotionless Yang will be great, but she soon realizes he's useless in battle without his feelings.

40 14 "O'Brother There Art Thou" May 5, 2008 (2008-05-05)
"Roger... Over and Out"

O'Brother There Art Thou: Yang leaves Yin and Master Yo. He saves a robot, and they become like brothers. Yin is suspicious and jealous. She discovers the robot is a spy sent by Zarnot to destroy Yang. Antagonist: Zarnot and the Robot Child

Roger...Over and Out: Yang constantly insults and embarrasses Roger Skelewog and his father. Yang and Roger go on a reality show, leading to a big fight between Roger Skelewog Sr. and Yang.

"Situation Tragedy"

Inconvenient Tooth: Yang has a bad toothache but won't admit it, thinking dentists are evil. Master Yo tells him he'll get Bad Hair Tooth if he doesn't fix it. Yang runs away, gets Bad Hair Tooth, and starts acting like a cartoon rabbit. Meanwhile, Carl's mother asks him to hunt a non-Woo Foo rabbit for dinner. Carl starts acting like a cartoon hunter and hunts Yang, not knowing who he is. Antagonist: Carl

Situation Tragedy: Carl finds Yin and Yang's weaknesses: popularity distracts them, and they run to the Dojo when losing. He fixes his magic remote and puts them on a sitcom in front of a live audience. Carl creates an episode where he buys the dojo if they can't pay a debt. Yin and Yang are in a battle for the dojo but can't focus.

"Moon Over my Yinnie"

Skirting the Issue: Roger Jr. insults Yang's manliness. They have a competition to see who is manlier. Ultimoose drains their manliness to power a missile aimed at Tallville. He kidnaps Yin and ties her to the missile! Antagonist: Ultimoose and his goons

Moon Over my Yinnie: Carl flies into space to destroy the sun. Yin and Yang chase him in their Woo-Foo Battle-Cruiser. Yin reprogrammed the cruiser to act like a boyfriend. Carl uses his "Mother-Ship" to plant Sun-Destruction Plasma Weapons. The cruiser becomes too possessive of Yin and throws Yang into space. Yin must save Yang and the three suns.

"Cat Smash Fever"

Camp Magic Pants: Yin gets into a camp for magical creatures, and Yang tags along. Yin falls for Terry Otter and starts using her magic for evil to win a contest. A beast awakens, and Yuck takes control of it. Yin and Yang must stop playing pranks and defeat the monster controlled by Yuck. Antagonist: Yuck and Terry Otter.

Worked Stiff: Yang tries to get a job to buy shoes at Manga-topia Land. He's forced to wear a "Blue Bunny Dang" costume and is humiliated. His co-workers are fired until only Yang and "Squid-Guy" are left. Smoke and Mirrors are behind it all. Yang must choose between his payment and saving his new friend.

"Disapp-Eared"

Mission Yinpossible: Carl gets magic slippers that grant his wishes. He wishes for everyone to bow to him, but instead, they give him the love his mother, Edna, gives to Herman. Yin and Yang try to steal the slippers, thinking Carl will do something evil. Master Yo didn't like the idea, but they sneak into Carl's new home anyway. Antagonist: Carl.

Disapp-Eared: Yin tries her new invisibility technique during a fight with a rhino. Yang was supposed to use his new move but didn't learn it. Carl is impressed by Yin's power and buys a machine to steal it. Yang, jealous, tries to learn his new move but accidentally gets Yin's invisibility. He becomes invisible and can go through things, but no one can hear him. Carl kidnaps Yin.

"Slumber Party of Doom"

Get Off My Back: Yang and Carl fight over a magic hammer replica. Mastermind tries to ruin their lives by fusing them back-to-back. To break the curse, they must cooperate. They try to annoy each other, then go to Carl's Castle where Yang and Herman become friends. Carl's mom likes Yang. Then they go to Yang's house where Carl impresses Yin and Yo. They must learn to be friends to be free. Antagonist: Mastermind (and Carl and Herman).

Slumber Party of Doom: Yin plans a "fun" slumber party. She acts carelessly and obsessively, confining Yang to his room. A Woo Foo Elder contacts Yang. He activates the "Woo Foo Book of Ultimate Eeeeeevil" to turn Yin's friends into mind-eating zombies. Yin must stop the rampage without ruining her party.

"Dance, Dance, Devastation"

Old Softie: Yin, Yang, and Yo win a trip to a pretzel factory. The company head shows them a room with salt, a mustard river, and singing munchkins. But it's an evil plan to get rid of the Woo Foo warriors. The tour guide, who is Badfoot, sets Master Yo up for injuries using killer robots and pretzel snakes. Antagonist: Badfoot

Dance, Dance Devastation: Yang is confident he can beat Yin in any video game. Carl uses their competitive nature. He creates a cursed video game where they must dance for the highest score. If they stop dancing, they will die. Carl also plans to poison the Town's president with a Cookie of Doom.

"Walk in the Woods"

Upstanding Yuck: Yin and Yang go for toilet paper and meet Yuck. But Yuck has changed! Yin and Yang don't believe he's good, so they follow him. Yuck donates money, helps the President's kitten, changes a tire, and cleans Yo's toe jam. Yin and Yang still don't believe him. Antagonist: Yuck

Walk in the Woods: Master Yo sees Yin and Yang are tired from easy jobs. He sends them into the woods to regain strength without technology. While there, Yin and Yang experience different fairy tales, like Three Billy Goats Gruff and Hansel and Gretel.

When Yang gets a powerful T-shirt, he finishes his Woo Foo armor. The four floating Elder Heads tell him to throw the armor into the Night Master's fireplace at midnight. Yang signs Yin up for a party at the Night Master's lair. Yang sneaks into the den, throws the sack, and Eradicus bursts out! The Elders were Eradicus's minions. Eradicus starts The Dark Tomorrow, making everything backward. Yin and Yang escape, kidnap Master Yo, and then Yin and Yo lose Yang's trust. Yang meets the League Of Evil (now good) and gets armor. Yang fights Eradicus alone.

"Pets Peeved"

Today You Are a Bear: After a fun Bear Mitzvah, Yin and Yang want to be bears. Their enemy, Ranger Ron, creates a fake identity, Bo Grizzly, and opens a "Bear school" that teaches them how *not* to be bears. At their Bear Mitzvah, their behavior is wrong, and they are attacked by grizzly bears. Antagonist: Ranger Ron

Pets Peeved: Yang watches a video about a PuppyGriff, and his VCR explodes. Yang tells Master Yo he wants a PuppyGriff. Yin tries to convince Yo that Yang is too irresponsible, but Yang gets one and names it Li'l ShnozFace. Yang quickly gets bored and ties Li'l Shnozface to a train. Three months later, the PuppyGriff returns as a wolf. Yin and Yang then meet Rita, who makes them her pets. Can Yang earn Li'l Shnozface's trust to escape?

"Zarnot's Girlfriend"

For The Love Of Clamboy!: Yin becomes focused on material things and finds Clamuel, a clam boy who gives her beautiful pearls if she dates him. He tries to get her into a "clam wedding." Yin refuses to marry him, and he turns into a giant clam monster. Yin realizes the beast is unbeatable, so she accepts the marriage. When she kisses him, he becomes a "hot" clam-boy. An hour later, he kicks Yin out, and Yang explains that an hour is about 100 clam years. Antagonist: Clamuel's Clam Monster

Zarnot's Girlfriend: Zarnot wants revenge on Yang for putting him in his old toy box. But his attacks keep missing Yang and hitting Lina or causing chain reactions. Zarnot realizes Yang isn't fighting back because he's dating Lina. To understand Yang, Zarnot builds a girlfriend with Lina's emotions. After spending a day with her, Zarnot knows how to defeat Yang and leaves his girlfriend to fight him. Feeling hurt, the girlfriend goes after Zarnot to destroy him.

"Dummy Up"

The Secret Life of Possum Panda: Many sightings of Possum Panda (a hero like Batman) make Yang want to be a vigilante. Master Yo has amnesia and doesn't remember he sleepwalks as Possum Panda. Yang finds Possum Panda being attacked by The Puffin's goons. The Puffin has planted a bomb, and Possum Panda and Dark Yang are the only ones who can stop it. Antagonist: The Puffin

Dummy Up: Yo goes to an all-you-can-eat pretzel buffet. Yang misses Yo but won't admit it. He carries a dummy of Yo in his backpack, and everyone tries to see inside. Zarnot finds out and wants to embarrass Yang.

This is the Halloween special. It's Weenie-Howl, where kids dress as monsters. Eradicus plans to collect people's scares to feed the Weeniehowl, a monster that could destroy the city.

Game Over: While Yo is away, The Manotaur tries to destroy the dojo to build condos. Dave bets The Manotaur on a game. If The Manotaur wins, Yin and Yang lose their dojo and their lives! Antagonist: The Manotaur

Creeping with the Enemy: Eradicus starts a coffee business called Eradicorp. The coffee is cursed; after ten cups, people turn evil. Carl finds his mother and brother working for Eradicorp. He tries to gather the League of Evil, but they are also working for Eradicorp. Desperate, Carl joins Yin and Yang, who are trying to stop Eradicus. He disguises himself as "CarlMeister" to help them.

"Personality Problem"

The Yindianapolis 500: Yin and Yang are too young to drive but borrow the dojo car. Smoke and Mirrors capture the mayor and announce a race: whoever wins gets a driving pass, no matter their age. Yin and Yang join, along with Carl, Ultimoose, and Herman. Antagonist: Smoke, Mirrors, Carl, Ultimoose, Herman

Personality Problem: Yuck uses a powerful aura switch attack on Yin and Yang to distract them, allowing him to cause chaos.

"Splitting Hares"

Season's Beatings: Master Yo tries to explain that a holiday similar to Christmas for Woo Foo knights is not just about toys. But Yin and Yang don't listen, and Yo buys them the toys they wanted. The toys are robots made by Zarnot, designed to make parents angry. Zarnot combines them to attack the dojo, and Yin and Yang must stop his robot army. Antagonist: Zarnot

Splitting Hares: Yin decides to give Yang a break and gets a new partner. Yang also gets a new partner. But their new partners can't help them stop Carl. Yin and Yang must rejoin to battle Carl.

"The Confidence Game"

Extra Cheese, Anchovies and Doom!: Yo teaches Yin an immobilize attack. He orders pizza and makes Yin and Yang pay. Yin tries to make the pizza man late using her new move for free pizza. As punishment, Yo makes them deliver pizzas for the immobilized pizza man. There's a curse: using magic to deliver pizza turns you into pizza. All their enemies try to make them late, forcing Yin and Yang to use magic. Antagonist: Everyone who tried to make them late (Ninjas, Dave And Eradicus/Indestructo-Bob).

The Confidence Game: Eradicus tries to lower Yin and Yang's confidence, and he is succeeding. Yo is annoyed that the children use him as an escape. He pretends to die from an attack by Eradicus, leaving Yin and Yang to fight Eradicus and his minions alone, hoping to boost their confidence.

"Size Matters"

Roboticus Maximus: Pondscum, Zarnot, and Fastidious join Mastermind to destroy Yin and Yang with a robot. But Yin and Yang are too busy fighting over who's in charge to notice. Luckily, a new recruit might defeat Mastermind. Antagonist: Pondscum, Zarnot, Fastidious, Master Mind.

Size Matters: Lina makes Yang jealous by hanging out with strong men. Carl uses this to make Yang his sidekick, making him super strong but super stupid.

"The Recline and Fall of Civilization"

The Recline and Fall of Civilization: Yang discovers that Master Yo's recliner is home to tiny creatures. Master Yo and Yin don't believe him. Yang uses the Woo Foo Battle Cruiser to shrink down to their size to prove his theory. But a mad genius on the chair, Professor Whackjob, wants to use the cruiser to become big and boss everyone around.

"The Carl of the Wild"

Mind Games: Master Yo teaches Yin and Yang to clear their minds so Ella Mental can't read their thoughts. But Yang is too careless, and everyone can hear his deepest thoughts. Antagonist: Eradicus and Ella Metal

The Carl of the Wild: There's a $100,000 reward for capturing a rare kangaroo/ape hybrid called the Kong-aroo! Yang wants the money, and Yin wants to protect the creature from hunters. But Carl is also after the Kong-aroo, and he's more determined than usual. Yin and Yang must work together to stop him.

"Commander-in-Cheat"

Clothes Encounters: Yin and Yang won't wash their clothes. The dirty laundry, soaked in Woo Foo powers, comes alive. It just wants to be clean, but Smoke and Mirrors want to use it as a "forever friend" to make problems worse. Antagonist: Smoke and Mirrors.

Commander-in-Cheat: President Muffin uses Yin and Yang's Woo Foo powers to make himself look good on camera. He also wants to claim a chalice from a Woo Foo temple. Carl wants it too.

"Shadowcluck"

Party Troopers: Yo tells Yin and Yang to gather a Woo Foo army. Instead, they throw a party. Eradicus takes over a supermarket to crash the party. Antagonist: Eradicus and his minions.

Shadowcluck: Coop convinces Yin he can control the Night Master's energy and fight with them. But in battle, the "Yoop" are too focused on each other instead of fighting Eradicus's army. The heroes must focus to defeat their enemy.

63 37 "Yin! Yang! You!" April 5, 2009 (2009-04-05)

Yin! Yang! You! It's Lina's birthday, and Yin and Yang both want to celebrate with her alone. Carl finds that Lina can make Yin and Yang fight. He sends her to Earth, where she becomes Jason Earles' dog. Carl sends Yin and Yang to Earth to trap them, but Yin sends Carl there too. Yin and Yang land in England and try to reach Lina in Hollywood. Carl lands in a restaurant and makes everyone flee. Thousands of Earth cockroaches make Carl their leader to rule Earth and cause the Dark Tomorrow. Trouble starts when Yin and Yang turn into Earth rabbits, Lina into an Earth dog, and Carl into an Earth cockroach. Yin and Yang must rescue Lina, defeat Carl, and return home.

64 38 "Division Quest" April 11, 2009 (2009-04-11)

Eradicus decides to divide and conquer the Woo Foo Army. He sends his minions Ella Mental and Indestructo-Bob to destroy Dave and Jobeaux. Yin and Yang must guide these new Woo Foo Warriors to become stronger fighters. Meanwhile, Master Yo has his own problems on vacation when he meets Eradicus. They can't fight at the spa, so they must control their tempers while vacationing together.

65 39 "Yin, Yang Who?" April 18, 2009 (2009-04-18)

Yin, Yang Who?: Eradicus attacks the town after draining Master Yo's Woo Foo aura, then goes after Yin's. Yin and Yang search for their parents to get a Woo Foo aura donation to save Yin. The twins discover that Master Yo is their biological father. His memory was erased so he could train them without bias. After learning Yo is their dad, Yin asks, "If [Master Yo is] our father, then who the heck is our mother?" The show ends without revealing their mother.
