There, he wrestles as Mason Madden and is part of the tag team MxM Collection with Mansoor. He also performs for Ring of Honor (ROH) and other wrestling shows.

Before becoming a wrestler, Williams played college football for the North Carolina Tar Heels. The Houston Texans picked him in the third round of the 2013 NFL draft. He then joined WWE in 2016 and stayed until 2023. During his time in WWE, he was known by names like Dio Maddin, Mace, and ma.çé.

Early Life and High School Football

Brennan Williams was born in North Easton, Massachusetts. He went to Catholic Memorial School. While in high school, he was a top football player. He was named an All-American by PrepStar. Both the Boston Globe and Boston Herald called him an all-scholastic player.

He was also named all-conference in his junior and senior years. Experts rated him as one of the best offensive linemen in the country. In 2014, his high school retired his jersey number, 73. This was a special honor for his achievements.

Football Career

College Football

Williams earned a sports scholarship to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He played for the North Carolina Tar Heels football team from 2009 to 2012. In his senior year, he was recognized as one of the best players in the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC). During this time, he studied communications. He also had a knee injury that affected his playing.

Houston Texans

Jacksonville Jaguars

In February 2015, the Jacksonville Jaguars signed Williams. He signed a two-year contract. He was meant to be a backup player. However, the Jaguars released him in August 2015.

Early Years and New Roles

In February 2016, Williams tried out for WWE. He was officially signed on August 1, 2016. He began training at the WWE Performance Center. His first match was in September 2016 for NXT.

In 2019, he got a new wrestling name, Dio Maddin. He even joined the commentary team for 205 Live and later Raw. But his time as a commentator ended in November 2019. He was sent back to NXT to train more.

They were unmasked in a match against Drew McIntyre and Braun Strowman. In the 2021 WWE Draft, Mace moved to the SmackDown brand. T-Bar stayed on Raw, so their tag team ended.

On April 15, 2022, Mace returned on SmackDown. He joined a new group called Knight Model Management. Later, on July 1, he and Mansoor formed a new tag team. They were called Maximum Male Models. Mace's name was changed to ma.çé.

The group later welcomed Maxxine Dupri as their manager. In 2023, Maxxine left the group to join another team. After not wrestling for a few months, ma.çé and mån.sôör announced they had left WWE on September 21, 2023.
