Vaushaun Brooks (born January 10, 1980), known by his professional name Maestro, is an American record producer and songwriter. He is famous for creating the beats and background music for many popular hip hop songs. He even won a Grammy Award for his work!
You can often recognize a song produced by Maestro right away. He has a special trademark, which is a computer-like female voice saying "Maestro" at the start of his tracks. He graduated with honors from Morehouse College in 2002 before starting his music career.
