Malvern is a small village located in the northwestern part of Carroll County, Ohio, in the United States. In 2020, about 1,110 people lived there. It is part of the larger Canton–Massillon metropolitan area.

History of Malvern Village
Malvern was first planned out in 1834. The village got its name from the Malvern Hills in England.
Malvern was also home to some of the first paving bricks made in Ohio. These bricks were created in 1893 by companies like the Malvern Clay Company. They made millions of bricks each year. You can still see these bricks in buildings, foundations, and streets around Malvern today.
Geography and Location
Malvern is located along a stream called Sandy Creek. The village covers a total area of about 0.73 square miles (1.89 square kilometers), and all of it is land.
Ohio State Route 43 runs through Malvern, making it easy to travel to and from the village. Malvern is also close to Lake Mohawk. This is the second largest privately owned man-made lake in Ohio.
