How to Play Mario Party 7
Mario Party 7 works a lot like other games in the Mario Party series. Players move around different game boards. Their goal is to collect coins, which they can use to buy stars.
Moving Around the Board
To move, players roll a special dice block. This block has numbers from one to ten. After all four players have taken their turn, a mini-game begins. The player who wins the mini-game gets extra coins. The person with the most stars at the end of the game wins!
What's New in This Game?
A cool new feature in Mario Party 7 is "Bowser Time!". Every time a turn passes, a meter shaped like Bowser's face starts to fill up. After every fifth turn, the meter becomes full. When this happens, Bowser appears and causes some trouble! What he does depends on which game board you are playing on.
Characters and Boards
The game has six different boards to play on. One of these boards needs to be unlocked by playing in Solo Mode. There are twelve characters you can choose to play as. Two of these characters, Birdo and Dry Bones, appear for the first time as playable characters in this game.
