Marques Keith Brownlee (born December 3, 1993), also known as MKBHD, is a famous American YouTuber and influencer. He is best known for his videos where he reviews different technology devices. As of November 2024, he has over 19 million subscribers across all his channels and more than 4.95 billion total video views. In 2013, Vic Gundotra, a former senior vice president at Google, called Brownlee "the best technology reviewer on the planet." In 2018, he was named "Creator of the Decade" at the 10th Shorty Awards. The name of his YouTube channel, MKBHD, comes from his initials (MKB) and "HD" (which stands for high definition). Marques Brownlee is also a professional ultimate frisbee player. With the team New York PoNY, he won the 2022 WFDF World Championship in ultimate frisbee.

Ultimate Frisbee Career

Brownlee is also a professional ultimate frisbee player. He plays for the New York Empire team in the Ultimate Frisbee Association (UFA). His team won the UFA championships in 2019, 2022, and 2023. Before joining the New York Empire, Brownlee played for the Philadelphia Phoenix (in 2017) and Garden State Ultimate (from 2015 to 2017). He also played for other teams like the New Jersey Hammerheads and the New York Rumble.

On July 31, 2022, Brownlee won the WFDF World Ultimate Club Championship with his team, New York PoNY.
