Massac is a community located in McCracken County, Kentucky, in the United States. It is known as a census-designated place (CDP). It is also part of the larger Paducah metropolitan area, which includes parts of Kentucky and Illinois.

Exploring Massac's Location
Massac is found in Kentucky, right next to the city of Paducah. It sits on the southwest side of Paducah. A main road, U.S. Route 62 (also called Blandville Road), forms the border between Massac and Paducah.
Another important road, U.S. Route 45 (Lone Oak Road), marks the eastern edge of Massac. To the east of Massac is another CDP called Hendron. The community of Lone Oak, which is centered around U.S. Route 45, is actually split between Massac and Hendron.

Most of this area is land, with only a small part, about 0.03 square miles (0.07 square kilometers), being water. The western border of Massac follows Massac Creek. This creek flows north and eventually joins the Ohio River.
