Maurice is a small city in Sioux County, Iowa, United States. It is located near the West Branch of the Floyd River. In 2020, about 265 people lived there. Maurice is known for the Sioux County Regional Airport and a fun "Famous Maurice Fire Escape Slide" in the town park.

Maurice was officially planned and mapped out in 1882. The city was named after Maurice, Prince of Orange, a famous leader from the Netherlands. A post office has been open in Maurice since 1882, helping people send and receive mail for over a hundred years.
