Meadow is a small town in Millard County, Utah, in the United States. In the year 2000, about 254 people lived there. The town was first called Meadow Creek. It is located about eight miles south of another town called Fillmore.

A Look Back: Meadow's History
Early Days and Settlements
Long ago, starting in 1847, the area now known as Meadow was a good place for travelers to camp. It was along the Mormon Road, a path leading to Southern California. In 1855, a Native American leader named Walkara passed away here.
The town of Meadow Creek was officially settled in 1857. Ten families, who were Latter-day Saints, moved here from Fillmore, Utah. The town's name was later changed to Meadow in 1864. This happened when it got its own post office.

Meadow Hot Springs
Meadow is known for its Meadow Hot Springs. These natural hot springs are located about 1.6 miles from the center of town. The warm water comes out of an underwater cave. It is about 106 degrees Fahrenheit (41 degrees Celsius). The springs are found in a rock formation called travertine.
