Michaela Dietz (born November 1, 1982) is an American voice actress. She started her acting career in 2005. Michaela is famous for giving her voice to many cartoon characters.
Some of her well-known roles include Riff from Barney & Friends and Amethyst from Steven Universe. She also voiced Dolly Dalmatian in 101 Dalmatian Street. You might also know her as Vee from The Owl House or Darryl McGee from The Ghost and Molly McGee.

Early Life and Career Beginnings
Michaela Dietz was born in Incheon, South Korea, on November 1, 1982. When she was three months old, she was adopted. She grew up in Cooperstown, New York.
Michaela studied International Studies at Middlebury College. She has shared that being adopted helped her understand her character Amethyst in Steven Universe better.
Her first acting role on television was in 2005. She played a character named Ellie in a show called Discover Me. Later, she appeared in a short film in 2009.
Voice Acting Career Highlights
Michaela Dietz has voiced many characters in popular animated TV shows. Her role as Amethyst in the Steven Universe series was her first time voicing a cartoon character. This role became very important in her career.
She also voiced Amethyst in several mobile games. These include Cartoon Network Superstar Soccer: Goal (2014) and Steven Universe: Attack the Light (2015). She continued as Amethyst in Steven Universe: Save the Light (2017) and Steven Universe: Unleash the Light (2019).
